What it is:
Apply Step 2 - Activator after the Pro Base and Dip Powder have been applied to the nail. This gel activates the Dip Powder to harden it and it gives it a beautiful shine.
**Please Note: All THREE of your liquids need to match - Pro Base, Activator, and Finish Gel should all be EITHER EZ Care or Professional, you cannot mix and match the lines.
