SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Face & Body Shoppe will ship your order within 1-2 business days via DHL eCommerce, FedEx, UPS, or United States Postal Service (USPS) depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped.

DOMESTIC UNITED STATES ORDERS

Free shipping: All USA (Lower 48 states) orders over $10.00 ship for free.

Fast Priority Shipping: 1 – 2 handling business days, and 2 – 8 business days once the order has been dispatched (See map below).

• Expedited Shipping: Available for a flat rate of $14.99 – 1 business day to process order, and 2 – 3 business days for shipping once it has left our warehouse.

Express Shipping: Available for a flat rate of $29.99 - 1 business day to process order, and you’ll receive your products at your door in 1 – 2 business days.

Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories: An additional fee of $3.99 is added to all orders under 2 Pounds (0.9 kg or less) in weight. A $9.99 fee is added to all orders over 2 Pounds (0.9 kg or more). Expedited shipping is available for a flat rate of $29.99. Express shipping is not available for these States and Territories. Estimated delivery times range from 8-15 business days.

DOMESTIC USA Return Policy:

• You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

• Please make sure all items you would like to return are in new and original condition to be eligible for a refund.

• Shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

• You should expect to receive your refund within 5 to 7 business days of your package being received at our location.

• If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "My Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the "Contact Us" button in order to contact us regarding a return request. We'll notify you via e-mail instructions on how to return this order and refund information once we've received and processed the returned item.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES):

• Face & Body Shoppe accepts orders from many countries all over the globe. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address and shipment weight for your order.

• Shipping requires 1 – 2 handling business days, and 1 – 4 weeks once the order has been dispatched.

• Expedited shipping is available through DHL Express and has an estimated delivery time of 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on the country.

• We reserve the right to cancel any international order, depending on the situation.

• Certain items may be ineligible for international shipments and will be removed from your order.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES:

• Import Taxes and Duties are charged on items depending on your country. Face and Body Shoppe collects and remits Taxes and Duties on your order if applicable for many countries in order to streamline the customs process. The following are a list of countries which we collect and remit import taxes and duties:

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY:

• Returns are accepted for 14 days after an item has been delivered for international orders.

• Return postage is paid by the customer.

• Shipping charges, duties, taxes, and any other country fees are non-refundable.

• Returned items must be in their new and original condition to be eligible for a refund.
