WINTER WISHES SALE EXCLUSIONS AND TERMS

Excluded Brands: The following brands are excluded from the Winter Wishes Sale promotion: Burberry, Bvlgari, Calvin Klein, Carolina Herrera, Coach, Davidoff, Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Elizabeth Arden, Giorgio Armani, Givenchy, Gucci, Guerlain, Hermes, Jean Paul Gaultier, Jimmy Choo, John Varvatos, Juicy Couture, Kate Spade, Lancome, Michael Kors, MontBlanc, Moschino, Prada, Salvatore Ferragamo, Tiffany & Co., Valentino, Versace, Yves Saint Laurent

Excluded Product Categories: Certain product categories are excluded from the promotional discounts. These include, but are not limited to: Holiday Deals Collection, Luxury Fragrances.

Minimum Purchase Requirement:
To qualify for the 10% discount on eligible items, a minimum purchase of $25 or more is required. To qualify for the 15% discount on eligible items, a minimum purchase of $50 or more is required. This minimum purchase amount must be on the same eligible products included in the Winter Wishes Sale and excludes taxes and shipping fees. Purchases of excluded brands or collections will not qualify for the 25% discount eligibility.

Combining Discounts:
The Winter Wishes Sale discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or coupons unless explicitly stated.

Duration of the Promotion: The Winter Wishes Sale promotion is valid from 12/1/2023 11:00AM CST to 12/18/2023 11:59M CST. Any purchases made outside of this timeframe will not be eligible for the discounts.

Changes to Terms:
Face and Body Shoppe reserves the right to modify or terminate the Winter Wishes Sale promotion or its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

When Will My Order Ship?

All domestic orders should arrive within 5 to 7 business days  of the product being ordered. Expedited options are available for faster shipping times. International orders take between 7 to 20 business days to arrive to the destination country.

Is My Item Authentic?

We guarantee all items sold at Face and Body Shoppe are 100% authentic to the brand they represent.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped (Usually within 1-2 business days after your order is placed), an emailing notifying you that your order has been shipped will be sent to your provided email address.  Your order and tracking details may also be located within your "my account" page.

Can I Return My Purchase?

We accept all returns within 30 days of your order being delivered to your address. Please make sure your item is in new condition to be eligible to be returned.  Please contact us at support@faceandbodyshoppe.com for more information.
